I am here to help and educate the entire traumatic brain injury (TBI) across the globe, especially the young ones, that recovery after any kind of severe brain injury is easy and simple. A brain injury survivor needs not to accept and compromise his/her present condition for the rest of life. The physical capabilities that a TBI survivor loses can be regained and rebuilt very easily. I am here to educate the role of strength training in the recovery process. Strength training is the most important component of a brain injury survivors recovery and must be added to the recovery process from the very beginning of rehabilitation.
The role of rehabilitation is to quickly get you back to normal daily life functions like sitting, standing, walking, bathing, and more. Making you physically stronger is not the role of physiotherapy, only strength training can help you get stronger and regain your lost physical capabilities. It is very important for a brain injury survivor to be introduced to a strength training program as quick as possible after the rehabilitation ends. After any kind of brain injury the body gets physically, psychologically, and emotionally weaker. The inability to perform tasks after brain injury is only because of the weakness in the body, and strength training is the only way to overcome all kinds of physical weakness that happens due to brain injury. A survivor will regain his/her psychological and emotional weaknesses as the brain heals, but will never be able to regain lost physical capabilities like strength, power, muscle mass and work capacity if he/she will not work on them. The only way to regain these lost physiological qualities is through strength training.
A brain injury survivor and his/her family, due to a lack of knowledge and information, were forced to accept and compromise with the condition, and the survivor spent the rest of his life in complete miserable condition. What I am saying is not an anecdotal thing; it is science. If somebody has lost his/her muscle mass and strength due toany kind of injury or trauma, he/she must go through some kind of programed strength training to rebuild muscle mass and strength. Introduction to a good gym under the supervision of strength and conditioning coach with knowledge of brain injury cases is very important and can change the entire life of a survivor and his/her perception of life after the injury.
And that is why I am here, and my role starts. How will you get to a gym, and where will you start taking all the difficulties, weaknesses, and limitations in your body? What kind of things you will do in the gym and what you will not do. This is my role: to take care of every kind of exercise and activity that you will do in the gym. I am here to design a unique program according to your physical capability and needs. I am not here to sell any kind of online program for money. I am a brain injury survivor, and I know the struggle that a brain injury survivor goes through after the injury, and I am here to make things easier for you. Talk to me at any time by any means, and I will be happy to help you. You need to talk to me before implementing any kind of information provided on the website.
This is the reason why I am here on the internet. Always remember one thing: recovery after any kind of severe brain
injury is easy, simple, and 100% possible, and strength training is the only way to get through it.
Thank you.
